1. Introduction By signing up as an affiliate and participating in our program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legal agreement between you ("Affiliate") and Dad Mode. Refersion is not a party to this agreement and only acts as a platform provider.
2. Eligibility To join our affiliate program, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age.
Operate a website, social media account, or other marketing channel that aligns with our brand values.
Not promote content that is offensive, discriminatory, illegal, or otherwise harmful. We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.
3. Affiliate Responsibilities
Promotion: Affiliates are responsible for promoting our products/services using approved materials.
Compliance: Affiliates must adhere to all applicable laws, including but not limited to FTC guidelines for endorsements.
Accurate Representation: Affiliates must not make false claims, use misleading promotions, or misrepresent our products/services.
4. Affiliate Links and Tracking
Tracking Links: Affiliates will be provided with unique tracking links through Refersion. These links must be used to track sales and referrals accurately.
Cookies: Tracking relies on cookies with a lifespan of 90 Days. Sales must occur within this window to qualify for commission.
5. Payments
Payment Schedule: Payments are made on a monthly basis via PayPal.
Invalid Sales: Refunds, chargebacks, and fraudulent transactions are not eligible for commissions.
Automatic Conversion Approval:Conversions that are not actioned within 90 days will be automatically approved.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with or without cause by providing written notice.
Upon termination, Affiliates must cease using all promotional materials and remove affiliate links from their channels.
Any pending commissions may be forfeited if termination is due to a breach of these terms.
7. Prohibited Activities Affiliates may not:
Use paid search ads, including PPC, unless explicitly approved by our team.
Use our trademarks, logos, trade names, copyrighted materials, or any other intellectual property.
Engage in spamming or unsolicited communication.
Use deceptive practices to generate sales or referrals.
8. Intellectual Property
Affiliates may use provided promotional materials, including logos and banners, solely for the purpose of promoting our brand.
Affiliates may not alter, modify, or create derivative works of our intellectual property without prior consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our brand is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate program.
10. Governing Law This agreement will be governed by the laws of Jurisdiction specified in the general Terms found on our website.
11. Amendments We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of changes via email or through their Refersion account. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
